This dynamic all level one-hour flow is set to upbeat current house/party music and offers students a chance to practice basic yoga postures, restorative poses and weight bearing arm exercises, while incorporating optional handheld weights, core work and stretches throughout class. Our signature sequence and beautifully open, heated space provides the most advanced student the opportunity to practice advanced poses, balances and inversions, yet also appeals to those preferring to focus on more fitness based movements or simpler balances depending upon their level. Students can expect a fun, vibe-filled experience and workout delivered by our top-notch teacher team who are some of the biggest reasons our community comes back again and again and again!


Lift & Flow

Hot Fusion Flow

This isn’t your average flow. Fusion Flow is a heated class that blends the best of Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and functional fitness into one powerful, feel-good session. Expect to hit your core from every angle, challenge your stability with small-to-medium weights and fine-tune your posture, balance and overall body awareness. It’s the perfect compliment to your heavy lifting days and is designed to lengthen, strengthen and re-center your entire body.


Hot Core

Fire up your foundation in this center-floor core class set to moderate heat and upbeat music. Using light to medium-heavy weights, you’ll target both the front and back body with an emphasis on spinal alignment, precise setup and joint support. Expect a balanced, fast-paced and dynamic flow that builds deep intrinsic strength while teaching you how to execute core work with integrity. This is a game-changer for optimizing results and moving with power, stability and confidence inside of any workout modality.


Hot Pilates 

Get ready to sweat, sculpt and ignite your fire in this all-level, fun, challenging and high-vibe class! Hot Pilates blends the core-strengthening power of Pilates with dynamic cardio intervals to deliver a total-body burn. Move through a well-rounded mix of standing and floor-based exercises set to upbeat music, with bursts of cardio designed to tone muscles, boost metabolism and build endurance. The heat will support you to deepen flexibility, aid in detoxification, and amplify results. Leave feeling strong, empowered and energized. 


Pilates Sculpt

Get ready for an energizing, full-body workout that combines the precision of Pilates with the intensity of heat and strength training. 26/2 - Bikram Beats

The classic 26/2 (AKA “Bikram Beats”) is a therapeutically designed sequence condensed into 60 minutes, delivered in our perfectly heated room for maximized detoxifying benefits. You’ll enjoy 26 invigorating postures plus 2 modified breathing exercises to the beats of fun, ambient music. This sequence is designed to replenish every muscle, joint, organ and system of the body, and will leave you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed, with a clear mind and a strengthened body. The 26/2 is fantastic for beginners, intermediate and advanced yogis.


Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini is known as the yoga of awareness - a powerful practice that blends breathwork, movement, mantra and meditation to awaken your inner energy.
