NOW Power Yoga is a balance of dynamic stretching and strengthening poses linked together by the breath. Detox your body, clear your mind, and come prepared to sweat! Appropriate for all levels.


Sculpt

Brings together infrared heat, cardio, and weights. With a strong focus on strength and intensity Yoga Sculpt is more like a workout class that brings you mental and emotional focus.


Move Your Asana is a fusion of function strength, pilates and barre movements that flows like a yoga class.

Pilates


Inferno Hot Pilates (HIIT)

The perfect compliment to your Yoga practice! This high intensity, low impact workout will have your heart beating and your muscles toning like nothing you have ever experienced.  We utilize Pilates principles and Tabata timing for the ultimate fat burning and strength building experience. Booty, belly, legs, arms, and back… we hit them all!  Classes are all levels and modifications are given so that you will be challenged and can experience success regardless of any self-perceived limitations.  Warning: Serious addiction may occur. 


NOW has two unique classes every Tuesday and Thursday. Enjoy Inferno Pilates in Studio One with Becca and Heated Power Yoga with Deirdre in Studio Two. Each will give you a great workout! Join us on Tuesday and Thursdays at 6-7pm.

Power Yoga w/Deirdre


Get ready to boost your strength, ignite your sweat, and unleash your energy in this Heated High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class custom designed to target cardio, core, arms, and more, all while working with an interval timer to elevate your metabolic rate. This class is efficient and effective, leading to the results you desire. You're going to leave feeling amazing!

Hot HIIT


Power Strength

Strength-based workout that will challenge your entire body. This class will work all of your major muscle groups by using body weight exercises, dumbbells, mini bands and gliders. A variety of formats will be used to tighten and tone your body from head to toe. **Please note this is not a yoga based class.


Cardio Dance Fusion

An awesome class with low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style dance fitness experience. Most of the sounds in class are Caribbean beats, a lot of Salsa, Timba (Cuban Music), and Reggaetón. Warm-up and cool-down included. No dance experience required to this class, all levels are welcome. 


Yin/Yang Vinyasa

In this 60 minute fusion class of classic vinyasa with a mix of yin yoga. Slow down and catch your breath as we hold each pose a little longer in the fire. Then take it down a notch to cool off into the deeper layers of fascia. Slowing down making fun shapes on the mat, connecting the breath body and mind. You’ll leave this class feeling stronger calm cool and collected!


Deep Tribal Flow by ORIx

This hot sculpt workout combines the grace and fluidity of vinyasa yoga, the intensity of deep sculpt movements, and the rhythmic energy and beats of a tribal flow, resulting in an elevated and fun experience for all fitness levels.
