Power Vinyasa Yoga is a fast-paced vinyasa flow focused on toning, strengthening, and stretching the body while training the mind for greater clarity, focus, and positivity. The rapid flow of postures is grounding and works muscles in the arms, shoulders, back, legs, feet, and abdomen so the body grows stronger and healthier and the joints, tendons, and muscles develop wider range of motion and greater flexibility.
