Power

NOW Power Yoga is a balance of dynamic stretching and strengthening poses linked together by the breath. Detox your body, clear your mind, and come prepared to sweat! Appropriate for all levels.


Sculpt

NOW Power Sculpt brings together infrared heat, cardio, and weights. With a strong focus on strength and intensity Yoga Sculpt is more like a workout class that brings you mental and emotional focus.


Yin

NOW Power Yin is a gentle, yet challenging, yoga practice that allows you to drop into your own body, listen, and be present with anything and everything that comes up, both physically and mentally. Yin is a seated, grounding practice, within which poses are held for 3-5 minutes in order to bring mobility to the joints and ligaments. By practicing this style of yoga, you are able to work deeper into the muscles to transform the way the body moves.


Pilates

NOW Power Pilates combines infrared heat, high intensity intervals, and low impact pilates based drills that will strengthen your entire body. Prepare to sweat and to feel the burn. 


NOW Power “P3” Abs/Glutes
and Yin style stretches

This one hour class is broken down into 20 min Abs / 20 min Glutes / 20 min stretching. It is composed of exercises specifically designed to focus on strengthening and toning your glutes and abdomen with yin style stretches that will leave you feeling Zen-like. Our hip hop yoga class is the closest thing we can give you to a full body, full mind RESET BUTTON. Come to play, get out of your head and into your heart and bootie after a long day of too much grown-up-ing! We start with a hip hop warm-up + a blast of abs to get the fire burning, then flow into an über easy and fun hip hop routine and cool down. From there, we work the final kinks out with a warm, sweet yoga practice. The temperature is not too hot, not too cold, but just right for letting go of loads of tension. The pace is also neither fast nor slow, but just right for an easeful and safe flow, leaving plenty of room for big exhales. And the music? It might just be the best part: A mix of both old skool and new skool hip hop, pop, R&B and electronic chill. You will pop that bootie, laugh your face off, and LOVE IT. BRING FLAT BOTTOM SHOES/RUNNING SHOES FOR THE FIRST HALF OF CLASS
